1. You did not declare (add to system) parcel correctly. You mast see your parcel anyway, if not it seams something wrong. Please fill-up all mandatory fields.
2. During parcel add process please make sure to enter correct informations. Please note: do not use order number instead of trucking. .
3. To show acceptance of parcel we may late for couple hours, because all parcels must be sorted out and reduced parcel size (in case of online shopping).. 4. If parcel did not reflected on your virtual Office even on next morning please contact us, its something wrong goes on.

This sings happens with big merchants. If one warehouse missing some item from you order, merchant can ship in two parts.

Transit time to us depends on merchant good will or shipping method that your choose. In any case you can see estimate time of arrival on time of checkout.
